Facilities
The apartment is privately owned and used frequently as a holiday home by the owner.
It is a one bedroomed apartment on two levels which can sleep two adults or two adults plus two children on sofa beds.
There are two heaters, one located in the bedroom and one in the lounge.
As you enter the apartment from your own private terrace, which has a Morocan mosaic table and chairs, you will be in the lounge where there is a sofa-bed, TV, and DVD/CD player.
Further into the apartment is a half kitchen with a breakfast bar and also a downstairs toilet.
The kitchen has two hobs, a kettle, microwave, toaster and a filter coffee maker, as well as a fridge. Kitchen utensils, cutlery, crockery and saucepans are provided. There is also a washing machine.
From the kitchen is a door leading to a small courtyard style back garden but with ample space for a private barbeque. Upstairs is the double bedroom which has two single beds placed together. There is a built-in wardrobe, dressing table with mirror and a stool and bedside tables.
Patio doors lead off of the bedroom to a second terrace with a view of the pool, there is also a further table and two chairs.
The bathroom is also upstairs with a second toilet, wash-hand basin and a bath with a shower.
Please note that no smoking is allowed in any part of the upstairs section of the apartment - including the bathroom.
There is an ironing board and clothes airer for your use in the apartment. A steam iron and a hairdryer are both available from the bar.
The apartment is cleaned thoroughly after each visitor leaves. Clean bed linen and towels are provided and changed once a week.
Please bring your own beach towels!
